Notch — Privacy Policy

Notch is a gym workout tracker designed to keep your data on your device.

What Notch collects

Nothing.

Notch does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information, usage analytics, or workout data. There are no accounts, no logins, no telemetry, and no third-party SDKs that track you.

What Notch stores

All workouts, body metrics, custom metrics, exercise history, and settings are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly export it via the in-app JSON export feature.

Network access

Notch makes no network requests. The app functions identically with airplane mode on.

Third-party services

Notch does not integrate with or send data to any third party. No analytics platforms, no advertising networks, no crash reporters, no cloud sync.

Children's privacy

Because Notch collects no information of any kind, it complies with COPPA, GDPR-K, and similar regulations protecting children's data by default.

Your data, your control

• Export: More → Export creates a complete JSON file of every workout, metric, and custom configuration.
• Import: More → Import restores from a previously exported file.
• Delete: Uninstalling Notch removes all data permanently. There is no cloud copy to clean up.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
